Approximately 25,000 of those unemployed at the moment will not receive the increase in dole money which is to come into operation on March 7th. This is because they have run cut of benefit under the National Insurance scheme and are now having to draw National Assistanoe. The increase in N.A. rates does not come into effect until May 27th. This moans that those who are in groatest need are those who are to ba donied what banefit there will be from the riso in dole money. This reveals the whole farcical position of National Insurance and National Assistamoo - a juggling with human misery in the true Tory fashion. Marxists should be continually advancing the slogan of "Work or Full Foy".
