Dr. Jeremy Bray made a statementon April 24th, explaining his decision to resign from the post of Parliamentary Private Secretary to Mr. George Brown. He said: "They are not really jobs at all. They are really more sort of being prepared to be the errand boy for the Minister in the House. I was perfectly prepared to do it, but not to be able to say anything on economic affairs did not seem to be for the best."
