The Socialist regime of Ahmed pen Bella is moving on 5 fronts to_ broak the French domination of Algeria's oil industry. Minister Bachir ‘ oumaza gave an outline of things to como last woek in Algiors. He made Algéeran plans public only a few days after Oliwor Wormser, direc tor of economic affairs of the French foreign ministry, returned to Paris following the latest diplomatic talks on French—Algerian oil relations.

Toumaza revealed: ;

(1) An Algerian pipeline - not a French-American venture — will be the country's third major crude-oil line system in spite of protests from France that this contravenes the Avian agrocnent};

(2) A new Algerian refinery will be tuilt by Italy's BeNeley but Bon Bella's Government will control it; ;

(3) An Algerian tanker company, controlled by the Government, will move Saharan crude oil to markets}

(4) An Algerian marketing company will sell both Saharan crude oil and natural gas;

(5) A national producing company will be operated by experionced exploration and producing companies, but controlled by tho Algerian Government's 51% interest.
