The Goverment of Trinidad and Tobago has taken steps to form a Caribbean Hurricane Relief Fund with the cooperation of International Agencies, The damage to St. Lucia, Trinidad, Tobago and Cube show the necoossity for this fund. It is hoped that no Caribbean country will be excluded from these plans as has with the proposal for a Caribbean Economic Community which is to include every Caribbean country except Cuba.

In Tobago 19 people were killed and extensive damage was suffered. in Cuba over 1,000 people lost their lives and the damage was much more serious,...The now preparations for a military attack against Cuba involves the Yost Indian governments and a no-intervention stand against U.S. interference must be takensssese
