‘The September “issue of I.R.1I.5. Nows, that vicious anti-left journal which specialises in interfering in union elections and finding 'rods! under tho bed, contains the following on its front-page:

"In our issue of June, 1962, wo published in good faith an: article about Mountain and Molehill, Public Rolations Consultants, which statod that all of the directors (who were also the shareholders) wore Comminists and inferred that the company was Communist inspired. Proceedings for alleged libel were instituted by the Company and four of its directors, and wo are now satisfied that at the time of publication only one director was in fact a member of the Communist Party and that the company wes in no way Communist inspired,

"We apologise to Mountain and Molehill Limited and the directors concerned for any ombarrassment caused by our misunderstanding. We have agreed to pay theix.lojal costs." Bd. Note: It is to be hoped that other people mentioned in I.R.1I.5, News

will learn from this and check the accuracy of allegations made.
