WORLD OUTLOOK

World Outlook. is an international news service and analysis of particular interest to all those who are active in the working class :.ovement. It has correspondents on all continents and its coverage of cvents and developments especially in the third world, are unsurpassed by any left-wing journal in Britain. World Gutiock began in Paris in 1963 as e mineographed news service designed primarily for Labour and Socialist publications in many countries. Shortly, subscriptions began to come in fron individuals all over the world. Tvidently it was meeting a widely felt necd. In 1966 World Outlook wes transferred to lew York and it soon oxpanded into the photo-offset process. Circulation cliibed steadily, but was limited in Britain to a szall audience because of the cost and the fact that it arrived by sea-meil three weeks after the publication date. However it is now being brought to Britain by air delivery and is :tuch less expensive. Subscribers will reccive it on the day after publication date. Material originally provided by World Qutlcbk is used by any publications in various countries. This is due not only to the editorial line which is Marxist, but to its emphasis on accuracy of reporting and to the fact that it publishes material with which it does not necessarily agree, but witch it considers to he of interest to socialists. A subscripticn’ to We ld Outlock can ve obtained at tho following ratcs:- £1 for 3 rohths (13 issues) or £2 fer 6 riunths (26 issues).-- U.K. rate
