LIMA, PERU, 20th July 1967. The above letter to the London Committee for Solidarity with the Victims of Repression in Peru, emphasises once again the necessity for the continuance and constant vigil of the work of our Committee and of the need for international solidarity. We appeal to comrades to assist us financially so that we can intensify our aid to political victims in Peru, Recently the Committee sent £20 to the families of some of the victims and this small amount has been warmly acknowledged as a concrete gesture of our solidarity, The London Committee is holding another jumble sale in tho neor future - and details will be given in later issues of THE WEEK, We welcome any assistance you can give us, including jumble of any sort, which please either deliver to Millie van Gelderen, 6 Avcliffe Road, London, W. 12, or ring 743-5791 ‘
