from a special correspondent Republican Governor Reagan, who took office on January lst, has quickly bared his reactionary tecth by planning to cut the University of California's annuel budget by 10 per cent. His plan to seek a 400 annual tuition fee at the now tuitionless University has been attacl-ed by the University President at Berkeley, Clark Kerr, who said: "The cost of university education is already high. If it is increased it will set back the American dream of equality of opportunity, which most of all means equal opnortunity for education."
