Just two weeks before the Demonstration which was to have marched from Trafalgar Square to the Labour Party Headquarters at Trensport House, the Vietnam Solidarity Committee has been advised by the Ministry of Public Works that they cannot permit the use of Trafalcar Square. Mo reason is given, other than that the "decision has been reached after full c-nsideration." The decision shows the Government's obvious dislike for democratic expression on an issve on which it is particularly sensitive. The Vietnam Solidarity Campaign will not allow this petty minded, bureaucratic decision from preventing it gfoing ahead with its organised protests asainst the Labour Government's complicity in the Vietnam War,
