As we go to press news arrives of the convening of the first plenary session of the international War Crimes Tribunal to investigate charges of war crimes in Vietnam against the United States Government. The Week takes this opportunity to salute the distinguished company of men-of goodwill who are gathering in London this weekend at the instigation of Bertrand Russell. The London meetings will prepare the ground and announce the structure, statement of aims and time-table for the full hearings of the Tribunal which, as previously anounced, are to take place in Paris next March.
