The Federal Executive of the seamen's iinion, 3.V. Elliot, has refused to man an Australian ship taking military su plies to Vietnam. ir. illiot said that he had been approached by agents of the Commonwealth government who said it was intended to send the Australian National Line ship 'Boonaroo' to Vietnam. The ship was to leave Sydney on lay 19th with a cargo of tractors, trailers, ordnance stores, building material, barbed wire and sandbags.
