Government measures have done nothing to bite into the inequality between high and low incomes, Ian Mikardo said at a conference at Croesyceiliog (near Pontypool) on Saturday October 30the Mr. Mikardo said profits credited to the holders of ordinary shares were running at an increase of more than 20% over last year.
