by WILLIAM WARBEY, M.P.

This book will be of great value to all who wish to know the facts behind the present tragic situation in Vietnam. The first part gives the factual background of the situation leading up to the Geneva Agreements. The author deals in detail with subsequent developments, showing how, step by step, the Agreements were broken. In the last section Mr. Warbey is able from his personal part in the negotiations, to expose the responsibility of the U.S.A. for the spread of the war, and also to give the lie to the case which the British Foreign Office has been putting up in defence of the State Department.

Mr. Warbey has already written articles in the Guardian—after his visit to Hanoi early this year—and in the Spectator. He now no longer feels bound to keep silence about the manner in which opportunities for negotiations were lost. Price 10s. 6d.; discount for bulk orders by arrangement
