The Vietnamese T.U.C. has called upon all dockers to boycott U.S. ships transporting war materials to South Vietnam. It did this in a special May Day message to world trade union movement. Dockers in Japan and Indonesia have already decided to carry out such a boycott, and sections of Australian dockers have passed resolutions along this line.
