Almost certainly (in part, anyway) due to the effect of the boycott campaign, Outspan has launch? an advertising drive in Britain. Posters are being put up on hoardings in all large towns and adverts, extolling the quality of Outspan fruit, have appeared in the press. ‘fn interesting sideline has been _that oranges have appesred in wrappers and csrtons marked prominently: 'produce of Southern Rhodesia', Another feature that has been noticed is that certain people have painted slogans on the hoardings which are obviously designed to draw the attention of people to tha fact that Outspan is a South African firm. It may be that the advertising drive will boomerang!
