Every day of the year, some 100 \lest German are drawn into political persecution in ‘jest Germany. Their homes are searched, they are blacklisted and interrogated. The "offences" include vidts to relatives in E, Germany, working for unorthodox political candidates, and publicly espousing views which can be described as 'Communist'.
