The disproportion is very great indeed - members of the AEU & TGWU carrying only one/sixth the weight as members of textile and cotton unions. In general it can be said that proportionel representation would strengthen the left wing, e.g, the TGU would have 6 members. Let's hope Mr. Woodcock shows the same energy in this bit of 'reforming' as he has in other fields,
