The Revolutionary Council of Zanzibar has ordered free redemption of goods pawned by ordinary people. Since the begining of February when the order was made people have been quetwoing outside Government offices every morning to hand their payvm tickets to officials. In return they are given vouchers which enable them to redocem paywmed articles without further paymont.
