Opposition to the policies of the right-wing controlled Royrl Arsenal Co-op was again expressed at the society's quarterly meetings held last week. A reference to a decision by the directors not to boycott South Aprican goods brought protests and at some meetings members voted against the report. Another cause of debate was a resolution to increase the society's grant for political purposes. The left, while in favour of the increase, wanted it defer-ed until the P.C. produce a program of activity. In both cases the richt had a clear majority,
