The next delegate meeting of the Lancashire Federation is to be held on Saturday. June 6th, and will discuss a motion, proposed by its executive committee which reads: "The Federation of Trades Councils views with concern the House of Lords decision in the Rookes v. Barnard case, and urges the TUC General Council to press for strengthenigw legislation to protect the democratic rights of trade unions, and their officials, when engaged in serving the interests of their members."
