The Cuban Ministry of Revolutionary Armed Forces issued a communique Necember 28th accusing the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency of blowing up a Cuban torpedo boat with a mine.e.-..lt recalled that ths boat was blown during the night 22/23, in the Bay of Siguanea, and that 3 persons were killed. Only the U.S. forces had the means to do this.
