The extract published by your paper on page 14 of issue number 13 is not in fact taken from a policy statement but from a fund raising letter circulated by Len Youle, who is the committee's treasurer.

We are not in this statenent concerned with the type of government preferred in any particular country, but with the increased danger of nuclear war if nuclcar wenpons spread to an increasing number of countrics.

It is difficult to see how a policy preventing proliferation of nuclear weapons could hinder nations cngaged in a struggle for internal reforme
