On Thursday March 26 a South African family of 7 were refused landing permission at Southampton, and within 12 hours they were on a boat back to South Africa, Mr. Williams, his wite and their 5 sons were accorded this treatment on the grounds that they no work permit. Because they dislike Apartheid, the family had sold up its possessions and intended to take up permanent residence in Britain.
