Although attendance was below expectation, tho day school held by Voice on Sunday, February 23rd, in London, proved valuable. Tho audicnco included trade unionists and parliamentary candidates, Several * trade union students from Ruskin College were present. In the morning John Hughes spoke on the economic problems facing a Labour Governnent, and Stephen Swingler, M.P., followed with some observations on the situation facing Labour left-wingers following the General Flection. Ono of the results of the afternoon discussion was a decision to form a study group on Parliamentary reform - a subject tho Labour Party had neglocted badly according to Stephon Swinglers
