In a long article appearing the Albanian paper, Zeri i Popullit (Voice of the people),of December 6th which commemorated the anniversary of the Moscow Statement of 1960, the following passage appeared:

Recently, the Soviet leaders have extensively applied the methods of the Tito authorities to domestic affairs and state administration. During his visit to Jugoslavia, Khrushchov showed immense interest in various 'uniquet methods in practice in Tito's Jugoslavia. We described the ‘workers committees! as progressive and declared that he would send a Soviet delegation to Jugosilavia to study the experiences of such committeese...”™
