At its first Central Council meeting after the holidays, N.C.F. decided to have a campaign to arouse public opposition to the re-enactment of the Gommonwealth Immigrants Act at the ond of the year and to the Public Order Act 1963, and public support for the re-introduction of Fanner Brockway's Bill on Racial Discrimination and Incitenent,
The campaign will be centred around a large public demonstration, probably on November 24th (Sunday), to which provincial contingents will come. There will be marches from several parts of London, followed by a public meaet— ing. During the two months up to Nov. 24th, material will be distritted explaining the campaign and mobilising support for the demonstration.
