Hope this finds you in good health and spirits (not alcoholic), I have been checking up on the structure of the Govornment, Top 25 in Governmont are called O.R.I. (Organisation Revolutionary Integrated) fre all parties. Today's papors give namos of 26 mombors of F.lM.C. (Cuban Womon's Fodoration) which will have direct roprescntation. in Government, this is non-t organisation, one-year old on Saturdays; over 60,000 women in it, all types, ne roscriptions. Rest of Government consists of ropresentation of people by mon women) clectcd at public meetings, who can be recallod at any time, (read Stat and Revolution, Lonin) and are paid according to abilitye Just now, in all fe orics, is being discussed new social security laws which have boen proposed by Government. If workers don't like any part of laws, Government is obliged to change the laws (also, 75% of workers must bo present to discuss the laws. )

All communist countries sending machinery and food to Cuba (only sec Czech guns - no Soviet guns of any kind) but one point to note woll is that v a machine is sent from a Communist country, thoy also sond completo drawings ¢ so that you can re-produce machino if you wish. Not bad, ch?
