Through the I.3. Information Bulletin we learn that the Liga Obrera Marxista, an organisation of Mexican Trotskyists, has started publication of a newspaper — 31 Obrero Militante. The first issue contains articles on the guerilla struggle in Guatemala, on the struggle of the liexican telephone workers, on the Spanish strikes and on the role of trade unions.
