Considerable ground work has already been donee It is intended to hold a conference in.London at an early date to consider the whole venture. The nain weakness in our Party is the lack of unity of the progressive forces; this peper can help remedy that. It will be made clear that all persons who sign as sponsors do so in their personal capacity.

The Bditorial Board will be composed of Labour Party members and they will be responsible for the paper.

There will be a conference of supporters at least once 2 year, to consider the paper in all its aspects.
