Held up for some time because of the large outlay necessary for paper, this pamphlet, written by Trotsky to answer ultra left "theoreticians" who disputed his analysis of the %viet Union, is now ready and selling. Owing to a number of special circumstances groups and tendencies holding "state cap." positions have survived, and even in a limited sense flourished, in Britain. This pamphlet,which demolishes in a very brilliant way these theories,will be very useful to combat the influence of such groups.
