This report was sont in after wo gave tho preliminary notice of the formation of this organisation. We reporduco the report, nevertheless, bacause it explains moro fully the purpose of the Committoes Niditor

"On February 25th London marxists, individuals committed and uncommittod to existing organisations, camo together tu co-ordinate thoir activities. Plans for devolopment of existing forces, however modest, inside tho various mass movemonts — Labour Party, trade unions, youth, peace and anti-colonialist - were drawn up. aA series of discussions, to be opened by mombers of the Committee was launched on March 4th, when a comrade from the C.C. of tho L.S.5.P., Coylonese suction of the Fourth International, spoke on "“hat is the Fourth International?" This very successful mseting was attended by about 40 psople."

The report then goes on to list ths series of lectures which have already boen published in tho Dulletin.
