Dange,the leader of the extreme right wing group which now controls the Indian Communist Party with police help, visited Britain after soeing qussian loaders in Moscow, iA communique issued by Political Committee of the Communi st Decembor 20th, stated: "Tho P.C. of the C.P. has today had a mevting with Comrade S.A. Dange chaimian of the Indian Communist Party. Following a friendly exhange of views in which some differences between us on the Sino—Indian border disputo were discussed, it was agreed that following the ceasefire the most urgent efforts should be made by all concerned to solve the dispute by negotiation."

There has been no public statoment as to what theso differences were so far. The same day as he met the Communist Party leadership, Dange spoke at a public meeting in London called by the London office of New Age (the Indian C.F, theoretical journal), Tho Daily Worker carried an advert for the mecting but did not report it, nor has there been any further reporti ng of Dange's activities.
